At Rooh Couture, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail.

Returns Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Custom-made, made-to-measure, or sale items are non-returnable.

Rooh Couture reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the item is damaged or incorrect.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Rooh Couture does not offer refunds for change of mind.
